Hopefully you got it early enough that you didn't warp the head. Not sure how durable these heads are but I'm sure your machine shop will tell you that if he finds that to be an issue.

Suppose age can do that. Sounds like you will be fine and good idea to have machine shop check it out as a sanity check. Would hate to see someoen dive into the job only to replace head gasket put it back together and later find out the head is warped not allowing gasket to seal properly. Good luck keep the progress going!

So what your saying is girls drive JK's lol I see, and here I thought we were friends. Kidding. That's good because for a moment I was hoping you were not for your safety and well being.
Glad you had a good time at least it looks that way despite that rock rash but that is what its about.

For now my Cherokee runs. I think tomorrow I may try to go to the junkyard and get a bell housing for my Comanche and find a huge factory trans cooler to flush out and put in the Cherokee. Any suggestions on coolers?

I was looking back through the pictures on my phone and I really wish I would've left it on 31s and clean. It used to look so nice and now it's just another beat up Cherokee.

Yep, full exo cage, 4 link the rear, 1 tons, 37s or bigger..... you still got a long ways to go haha. Keep the MJ close to stock and there you go. Best of both worlds.
