Rear Headrests Jeep Cherokee XJ

So basically I needed something safer for my kid when he is in the backseat. He is almost 9 and I needed something for whiplash if something bad was to ever happen. The jeep Cherokee xj never had headrests for the back seat. I look around to maybe put in whole new seats from a newer model of jeeps. It can be done but I decided to just go with the headrests only from another model jeep and install it myself.

Nice! I thought about doing the same thing but ended up putting some ZJ seats in instead.

I thought of doing that MOD but when you fold the seats forward, do they sit flashy with the back cargo area like the Factory XJ seats do?

yes,,but you have to remove the bottom cushions and then the back rest will sit flat.

I tested it already all you have to do is remove the headrest. It's the same with most vehicles anyways.
