Green Monster: 1996 Cherokee Sport
I've owned the Jeep for a few years, just recently started upgrading and modifying it though. The first thing I had to do is replace some sheet metal and herculiner the tub because of a leak that soaked the carpet.

Before I riveted it in I cleaned it all up with a wire wheel and primed it top and bottom. Then after the metal was down I used 3M seam sealer to make it water tight. http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/P9290012.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/P9290011.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/P9290010.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/P9290009.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/P9290008.jpg After the seam sealer dryed, I laid down a gallon of Herculiner to the whole floor pan. It smelled pretty strong for about a month but it looks awesome! http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/PA120025.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/PA120026.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/PA120027.jpg http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/a...t/PA120028.jpg I didn't take too many pictures during the lift install but I'll get a good picture with the new wheels and tires soon. |
Ive never seen anyone put herculiner all over the interior floor before, that looks great.
