Ive had my jeep for about 4 years now and this last weekend I finally decided to put some love and care into her rather then just keeping her running. I was not planning on doing a thread so I didnt take any good before shots but I have a few I will post up here.

I orderd the RC 6.5" LA kit. I had mixed feelings about going with RC but I have heard some good things about them from people that have actually had the lifts, the warrenty is fantastic, and the price is right. I guess I will just have to see for myself.

Anyone have any great ideas for the floor? Im thinking im just going to rhino line it. I have heard that the tranny and exhaust get hot and there is a crap ton of road noise when you do this, but I have seen pleanty of threads on here with rhino line in there. Anyone have any input on that?

Do you think leaving that strip of carpet over the hump would help with the heating up?

If I dont get my lift kit by friday it will come in monday. I just picked up a ford 8.8 for the rear that has 3.73's, disks, and a locker in it. I will be changing out the gears this weekend and putting in 4.56's. I also picked up a D30 for the front out of a yj. It's got 4.56's in it, locker, and chromolly axels. I will be taking the guts out of it and sticking them in my stock D30. We will see how all of this goes this weekend.
I put in the bedliner(just bought the rustoleum roll on) today, I will probobly put another coat on when I get home tonight and do a little more trim piant for the interior. PICS to follow.

Got the bed liner in today. I have been trying to find some good fabric in the pattern I want for the headliner but havent been able to so I just did a $5 fix to a $100 problem.

Just painted the roof for now.

that was a pretty good idea keeping the middle section of carpet. i tore the carpet out of mine because i have a leak and it was all moldy and stinky but now i burn my leg on the super hot tranny tunnel. how much did the bedliner job run you?
