When I do the long arm swap, and finish the axle swap I'm gonna take tons of pics as it progresses. The next thing on my list after all the heavy work is herculiner the cargo area. I got new carpet going in soon because I'm tired of my feet cooking, and to help my ac system out. I'm curious about one thing I have tried to fix this problem more than once with no luck, but every Cherokee I have ever had the exhaust hits the trans crossmember and no matter what I've done to try to stop it I either break a hanger or after time it just starts tapping the crossmember. Anyone got a definate fix for this?

A flex joint works wonders for that. It will keep the Mani from cracking as well.
