Default Is this a good buy for a build?

1999 with 190k on it. From what I can tell, it needs 2 fenders, a bumper, brackets and radiator. Also airbags clockspring and module should I choose to replace them. Or do I have to? I can get it for $400. What do you guys think? Is this a good buy for a build?

Default good deal?

I think it's an awesome deal, mine is a 98 that was hit in the front also and I paid $400 too. A couple trips to the u-pull-it and about $600-$800 and I now have a vehicle worth $3500. Make sure the title is clean, dealing with R titles is a pain and you lose a little value. Also the airbags do not have an external module, I replaced my bags and the light went out.

Thats good to know about the module. I saw some unpainted fenders on ebay for around $100. And both airbags for around $200 total. Whats the typical rate for fenders and airbags at a u pull it yard?
