"Goldilocks" (for now)
 

When looking for my newest cherokee, who will from here on out be referred to as goldilocks, I wanted to find a clean stock 97+ newer cherokee with relatively low miles.
Low and behold I found goldilocks. Sitting in a small repair shop turned dealership lot. The second I walked up to the vehicle and started looking at it I felt it was going to be a good vehicle. Just a quick glance of the interior led me to believe that she was state owned, cb mount holes, antenna hole plug in the roof, bone stock.
Turns out it was state owned, from the day this thing rolled off the lot the good ol' state of Oregon has owned it. Putting a real easy 131,000 miles on it.

From a previous experience buying a pre lifted vehicle and spending tons of money fixing the shoddy lift job I was determined to find a stock one and lift it CORRECTLY. Making sure not only myself, but the people I share the road with are safe.

Changed the rear u-joints and saw the last person who did them gouged them pretty badly. I cleaned then and smoothed the inside surface with a file. There is a small whirring sound I'm trying to get rid of, coming from the rear.
