So ARB can suck one and I built a snorkel. Now had to make my own lower part of a box then tube going through the cowl and out the fender to a box made out a some of a stock bumper and up the A pillar to the top box. Did put a drain in the box on the quarter with a 1.5" space so water won't go in the box. Oh I have a band clamp to connect the tube buy the fire wall in case I crush the outer tube. Will have to do some sheet metal work to help the transition from tube to top box but fine for now.

Post picks tom almost done with my roof rack. Well rack is done but was using the plasma cutting the mounts and a nasty storm shut the power off. Also took part of a roof off the old hog barn and moved - 500 bushel gravity boxes over 100' into each other. I guess god said go home. Will finish it tom and post picks.

Have to get the old lady to put the picks on my laptop but give you a hint about last weekend.. Put the jeep on a diet today and took out about 250 lb's of carpet. Even though we didn't do much muddling.

Fixed the carnage from the last trip to the cliffs insane train park. T-case chain was skipping so put a sealed out put back in it and got rid of the crappy linkage set up for it. Found a front U-joint that was bad and in the proses found a junk wheel barring. Thank god I have spare wheel assembly bolts. Almost ready to head out this weekend to the badlands. leave on Thurs. after work.

Some new found carnage. Guess that is what happens with stock drag link set up on 5.5" of lift. Refuse to do a high steer until I put the full size axles under it. So $30 I'll just have to accept.

Maybe I will just do the links belly skid and frame plating this winter and maybe a locker and save up cash for the tons next winter? Then I might be able to put 39.5's on it right when to tons go in. If only there was time for a second job.

Panhandle and do it in stages as needed like the other fund-lacking folks: Frame plating, linkage, skidding, ect...
I thought that the 231 is just fine for tons, why the D300?
