The back is too high when you look at it from the rear.
Wheels look undersized

Thats because it is. Ever tightening govt crash regulations have required cars to get larger and larger to accommodate a dozen airbags, multiple crumple zones, stronger pillars ect.

Dang this makes me want a Wagoneer.....
The back might be ever so slightly higher than the front (not 100% about that) but depending on when the lift was put on, it could settle out to match the front. But honestly it's appears to be such a small difference, if any, that I wouldn't worry about it. I'd just put some bigger tires on it, maybe 30x9.50R15's. Those were a factory option with the upcountry package, if your wanting to stay close to a factory spec. By the way you have the Dana44 which also came from the factory on some of the upcountry or tow packages. I plan to eventually put a Dana44 in mine.
Anyway, it's much better than having a front that sits higher than the back. I can't stand for the front to be any higher. A negative rake bugs me to know end.
Also did you park it on level ground and measure like I mentioned before?
Eitherway that is one awesome looking Wagoneer.

Little update
Hi, I have been working on the Wag.
I lowered it. It should now be as it was from the factory.
Should the front be higher ?
- I changed external rear view mirrors
- changed door locks (not easy, as you can’t see anything)
- Lubrification of electric window mecanisms. Interesting tip if your windows are struggling to rise when totally lowered. I put a clip on the rail to avoid the window to lower too much. So the electric motor doesn’t suffer. Window is never stuck and the engine will last longer.
- I cleaned the door panels and plastics.
- I took some fabric out of the door panel to repair my seats. You can take it from behind the door pocket.

New steps.
Clear coat was going away. I didn’t find a way to remove it totally.
I tried different solutions.
The right one simply is to add a plastic sheet in front of the screen.
Nice result, I’ll take pictures.

Yes it is possible to get a good result without removing the wheels, with a spray can.
I still have to paint in dark gray some parts of the rims.
I started by polishing them.
But it was too much work, not as a clean result (compared with paint)
and I understood keeping them clean and shiny would be a pain, even with a clear coat (that would not attach anyway)
so I gave up

Here is an update.
With a 1" spacer in the front, the car is perfectly even.
Next steps :
- investigate the "low frequency sound" from the back when at highway speed.
- paint the four wheels (in 2 tone, as the originals)
- pray for not having to change the heater core (floor is a bit humid on the passenger side, along the transmission)
- find a way to attach the ceiling where it starts falling (looks great, still)
- repair the stock radio
- etc..

Would be a good news!
I took a short video of the rear axle.
hopefully it can help to diagnose
when I turn the axle with my hand, I hear in the transfer case and in the rear differential that its turning a bit. Normal ?
the car was lifted for federal inspection. In 2WD. All wheels were on the « floor » of the lifting platform.
