i love my jeep, i got a 1988 red XJ (my daily driver now) and a 1990 XJ for $150 off one of my dads friends. the engine in the one i am using now was almost completely disassembled. my dad and i worked for about 2 months to get it running and then drivable. the 1990 has become my parts Jeep. i just graduated high school and about to start working so i will be getting some money to add to it.

i dont think the paint on those aluminum wheels will stay very long if you hit the trails, but it looks like a good solid starter rig all in all.
Have fun
