I don't have access to the welder I was using anymore, otherwise I might be up for making another set. You should just pull your brackets off, cut out the sections of metal and take it somewhere to weld them up if you dont have a welder yourself....?
Thanks man! Glad to get props from a real fireman I plan to get some sort of decals to relate it more to the Firefighting theme in the future...maybe an oldschool axe or something.
Sorry man, it was written off from a h2 rear ending it...the hatch is pooched.

Here's an updated shot from yesterday. Just swapped in a 99+ exhaust manifold (with the expansion joints). My old exh manifold was cracked in 5 spots.... I also painted the valve cover and replaced the CCV and PCV valve while I was at it...pretty sure that's where my oil leaks were coming from.
Also I moved my alternator up top and ditched A/C. I bolted the alt bracket to the A/C bracket and got a new belt length. Cant remember the length but I can dig I up if anyone is interested. I was sick of mud and water eating my alternators!! I was able to notch the battery tray and reposition my Northstar to just barely fit.
Cut a hole in the firewall and moved my intake into the cowl as well, the air should be much cooler in there.

Figured Id post a couple more pics, not sure if I'm talking to myself over here but what the hell...
Finished off the cowl intake, found a piece of rubber from a roof plumbing stack vent and cut it to seal off the firewall hole...definitely cleaned it up a bit!
And a shot of the cone filter, its about 7" long and just barely fits in the cowl. It got a bit damaged throughout doing this intake, jamming it into the cowl etc. The photo is taken through the hole I cut out in the cowl to squeeze the filter in and have access to the hose clamp.
Here's a couple more shots on the alternator relocation:
Alt bracket bolted to the A/C bracket and shaved down with a grinder to fit the ZJ v8 alternator. I also notched the bottom of the alt bracket to sit at the right angle on the A/C bracket.
You can see the 3 bolts I used to fasten it to the A/C bracket.
Here it is in position, I used a pre '97 XJ upper rad hose to curve around the alternator. This picture is a bit older, before I upgraded to the zj v8 alt.
View from the top. I cut off the clutch fan pulley and bracket. The belt runs straight off the alt down to the crank.
I am now running two stock '97+ Efans on switches now as well. With a well working cooling system and no A/C condenser blocking my rad the jeep stays nice and cool. I tried to do a Taurus Efan but it was hitting the belt, another 1/4" and I would've been able to squeeze it.
I also installed a tranny cooler when I ditched all the A/C junk that was in the way.
