Is there a write up on how this is done?

 

Several of them, look up box rockers or 6x2 rockers or high clearance rockers or rocker replacement. Theres lots of threads and several good writeups

 

Now THIS is a build.

 

Just finished up rebuilding/painting the XJ for sema...I had all the suspension sent out for recoating semi gloss black. Everything turned out looking awesome when it came back.

Also rebuilt the rear end...Hated the Detroit locker in the back..replaced it with a 35 spline ARB air locker. Preforms and drives way better now!



Finished it all up Saturday morning and headed out to SEMA to place her in the C3 center hall

That is one seriously sweet xj. I was in Prescott this past weekend would have been great to see it in person.

I dont think it's 50k...more like 20

 

Counted labor... and stickers. Stickers aint cheap.
