Family trail rig help
Hi i bought my jeep about a year ago bone stock its a 98 and had only 86 k original miles and now i would like to do something new with it. I was llaying with the idea of a lift cuz if i have four people in it the rear tires rub on turns and especially when im bouncing around in four wheel drive i would like a 3 in rough country lift my heart is kinda set in that and spartan lockers and geared for and with 31 inch tires . My question is though how large of a tire can i go without having to gear my jeep before things start breaking and what ratio would b reccomended for 31s? Also i hear time and again that the dana 35s arent the most sturdy once larger tires are added ? Im curious if i should just lift ut lock it and leave the 235/75r15s on it or if it wouldnt be to hard on my jeep to just run the 31s? Its a family / toy rig but it is well taken care of and the less breakingvthe better any help woul b greatly apreciatrd oh and shoul i upgrade to a 30 spline? Or is that worth the cash? Thank you cant wait for some input im realitively new to this
