How small? Got a picture of where on the manifold? Can you add some JB weld to it?

Couldn't get a good picture- it's too small to really see unless you see the water bubbling around it. If JB weld is safe to use on the intake then yea, that'd do it.

I don't see why it wouldn't be. I mean, I wouldn't jam it all down there. Just use enough to cover it and level it.

Guess I forgot to post- a little JB Weld did the trick, after it dried I even poured a water bottle over it to check.

Nice! I'm glad it worked for you. What do you have planned for this XJ?

A moderate build, plan on getting a 3.5" lift from Metal Cloak, and I can't decide between Duratracs or MTR's... this is my daily driver after all.

Between the two, I would go Km2. I'm not a fan of the duratrac. Don't forget the General Graber and KO2. The new KO2 are my favorite all terrain.

Don't know, new tires are a ways off though, at first I'll probably just run whatever decent used 31s/32s I can get... once I lift it that is, which is also a ways off.

Actually, I'm gonna try to import these from Jeep's German division-
