Ethyl (2000 Freedom XJ)
I have been bitten by the 0331 curse. My 2000 Cherokee Freedom was excellent on the off-road trails in my backyard Colorado Rockies. Even as a stock rig, Ethyl went some amazing places with no issues at all.
But suddenly she needs a bunch of work. I now feel the need to do more to her than just bolt on a new head and keep her stock... I have been talking about making a toy out of this daily driver for years. Now I have a good excuse to start the mods.
I have a loose plan of keeping things simple and as I go I know I will find more things to spend money on...
I am currently looking at the Promaxx head on Summit.
Opinions more than welcome...
A highflow water pump and beefy radiator. Suggestions?
I am also looking at the Banks Torque tubes. Worth the Cash?
I am intrigued by the a bored TB, CAI, upgraded exhaust, injectors...
Yeah, this is just the beginning of a fun project.

So I didn't get much input from this thread...
But it will help me keep track of what I have all done.
I started with the Promaxx head from Summit.
