I have the same bumper. Love it. Painted mine with truck bed liner and its holding up awesome (rattle can so it touches up easy if I did get a chip in it).

Went pretty easy. Bolts were rusted on pretty good so it took some elbow grease. Put the mounting brackets on the jeep first. Makes it way easier. Some of the bolts on the new bumper are hard to get to so its a little tedious but it will get there. Only thing I felt like was an issue was the placement of the horns from the jeep. I have to twist them up some so they didn't hang out from under the bumper.

That bumper actually looks decent. Can we get some shots of the tie-in brackets on the Jeep? Also can you measure the tube it's made of (like width/height)?

Which Firestik? I just got my FireFly Tunable antenna from FireStik last week got it all working and tuned. Great broadcast and receiving range!

Aluminum triple fan shroud - install
Fan shroud is a very snug fit
Got 1 fan mounted - not the easiest thing to do
very tight fit
all 3 fans mounted and working
1 fan is set to turn on with temp and the other 2 are wired to separate in-cab switches

Cab Roof Lights - Installation
5 separate ribs = 5 Cab lights
Mounted the center light flush with the start of the ribs. the 1st set of lights are set 2" back from the front and the 2nd set of lights is set 4" back from the front.
The lights are grounded to themselves via a ring terminal and the mounting screw.
I ran the power wires through a grommet and daisy-chained them together and tied them into the parking light wire coming out of the switch.
I RTV'd the wiring holes and the mounting holes to hopefully avoid any leaks, guess I will find out for sure since its going to rain tomorrow.
Side glamour shot of them installed.
Front glamour shot of the lights.
I will try and get a night shot of the lights on and working tonight.
