That's right a zj build! I have not seen zj build on this site before, or at least a good one. I have the thing over a year so ill try to get it up to date without skipping to much. Because I name all my vehicles, I named this debbie, after the snack cake I was eating. And dangerous part because, well its a jeep.
So the story is I had picked this up after I had wrecked my first xj. I kept this around to just daily drive, while I attempted to build another xj.
So what we have here is a bone stock 1995 grandcherokee.
Specs:
4.0/42re/231
LP30/35
tow package
3:73 gears
Here it is the day I got it, well the craiglist ad is all I can find.

Well when I first got the jeep all I did was stick a new a new head unit in it. After that all I did was just drive it. I had no real intentions of wheeling it or modifying it. But of course that soon changed.
I will now attempt to do the rest of this from my phone.

Then I made a huge mistake and decided to lift it. I decided to go small since it still need to make the very uphill drive to WVU.
So I got some knock of d Windows, fat Bob 1.75" coil spacers, and got my 31x10.5x15 general grabbers back.
I have no during lift pics since it was super simple and took 1 hour. 40 minutes for the front and 20 for the back.
Also painted the grill black.

After trimming the bumper a tad I got away with no rub!
Had some minor death wobble later on so I replaced the track bar with my ironrock double shear, and the lcas with iron adj. Lcas. And replaced all the steering with moog parts.

Then it was time to drive back to school. I was extremely worried making the jeep drive that far. And it was a complete blizzard the whole time there..... And my radiator cracked 5 miles before I got there, but it was so cold it didn't matter.

So I rode my bike to the parts store, picked up a new radiator and replaced in my dorm parking lot.

Just did a bunch of wheeling and what not at school.

Eventually school was out and the summer started. I did a few "performance upgrades" and maintenance.
I did
4 hole Ford injectors
Cold air intake
Magna flow cat
Thrush muffler
Mandrel bent tailpipe
Cap and rotor
Plugs and wires.
New pads front and rear
New thermostat
Duralast gold battery
New valve cover gasket
New ofa o rings
Rotella oil change w/ mopar filter
Rear bumpstops
New engine mounts
Think that's it. I'll throw in cool pics from this summer.
