I'm a 19 year college student who bought my first Jeep maybe three weeks ago, a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. I'd been without a car for months and saved up enough. The Jeep belonged to my friends mother but had been sitting for the past 4 months. It started right up and the motor ran beautifully so I ponied up the $1600 and drove it home. The will be an extremely slow one now that school is starting back. I am a college tennis player and have very little income and time (especially now). I don't have much fabrication skills such as welding so most things will be store bought. My step father is an ex mechanic so I have decent mechanical skills, if not he will help.

Added a new radio and put my sub woofer in:



Tinted the front windows and added a roof rack:

Future plans are to add lift, BFG A/ts, and Weston Safari bar. Unfortunately as previously stated I have a very little income. I have had to fix the a/c which was draining directly out behind passenger seat. I am welcome to build ideas! Especially cost effective ones!!
