I kept an eye on ebay for months. Finally a JY posted that up the same as any other GC wheel - wasn't listed as an Overland or wood - and priced like a normal plastic or leather wheel from a JY.

It was fairly simple. I had a jack and my girlfriend helped hold it steady while I marked the holes. Then I installed a bolt through the back to catch the stud, put the rest of the bolts in loose, then took that first bolt out and installed it correctly from the front. I used riv-nuts for the rocker bolts (comes with the kit though I had my own gun / used metric stainless).
Slightly better pic of the tablet / nav / spotify & podcast setup I've got going on:

I took the aftermarket single din adapter plate (seen earlier with an alpine in it) and put a piece of aluminum (covered in the same tweed I used for the headliner) over the hole, secured it with some stainless bolts. Then I mounted this:
(minus the ball part) onto that. The tablet comes of with a flip of the release lever if I want to take it out or hide it. It charges using a 12v ->5v converter I put in the mostly empty radio hole.

Seats (and door panels/dash bezel) are factory XJ Limited from a 2000.
Best part about the seats - which are both heated and power, is that the power plug already is there under the passenger seat for everything - or it least it was for my "Classic" trim model. Add the seat and switch harness from the donor car and it's all plug and play.

I was just checking out your thread. Awesome. I am doing something similar. Turning my Sport into a Limited/Country/Up Country/ European Orvis Clone of sorts. Mine is just a DD though. Of all the options, overhead console, cruise. etc that I have added most proud of the louvers and factory running boards. I do have some Icons for her but not sure if I am going to use them.
