I found some time, so I did this and added weather stripping to the outside for safety standards for now. Just don't want police to find a reason to pull me over. Hopefully this weekend I can get the gaps welded in.
I also made the doors with quick disco to take them off real fast.

Here's another one that's real...
https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f59/4-...manche-114309/
The way that one is fabbed up looks to be the easiest way. The Cherokee is chopped off just enough to retain all the back door linkages (word?) And then you just Frankenstein the manche back half on.
The cleanest way (the way that Photoshop blue one looks) would be to cut the rear door nearly in two, then cut a front door (from another rig) in two. Use the back half of the front door and the front half of the back door... sounds easy. But wouldn't definitely take some skills. But that way would be SICK!

Seems like chop it like a normal chop using the wind window as a guide, seal that up like normal, than cut straight down flush , extend the frame and throw the bed on, re locate the gas tank, and rear axle, add supports everywhere, upgrade to hd leafs for the extra weight,
