Default Cheap & Capable 91 xj

Alright guys i figured i would stop lurking and post a built thread of sorts. It all started when i guy i worked with had a 91 xj that was sitting in his yard for the last 4 years. He wanted it gone i gave him 200 and went to load it up.

Heres what it looked like when i first got it.

Then i pulled the doors off and hatch. Traded the wranglers for some brand new 33x12.50 mickey thompson mtz. Got some 40 dollar used wheels. Also had a buddy with a like new 3 inch rough country lift that went to 4.5 so we threw on his 3 inch springs along with kept the 2 inch spacers up front. Out back we lifted it with add a leafs and shackles. so it is sitting at 5 inches now.

today was the first day out on the new tires. Brake an axle joint and trying to limp it back to the trailer pulled out both ball joints. Tie rod and brake line where the only things holding it on.
