Started with miss clean. This was something I started doing so that we could start saving to buy a house. Who am I kidding Ithe fun getting to build a jeep and pass it along for someone else to enjoy. I get em running good then get all the cosmetics done. These are daily driver builds that you can go play with. The way they should have been built. Last pic is what I started with.
It was a 1997 SE. 4.0/AW4 HP30/8.25 (233K) miles

Then I bought all the stuff to lift another jeep after I found one. Including a set of rubicon rims and bfg MTs. I found a 1999 Classic 4.0/AW4 HP30/8.25 (227K) miles and it was named the Desert Camel
I did a two tone interior on this one which I have really been wanting to do turned out great. Last pic is what I started with. Goofy looking jeep

Next jeep is a 2001 Sport. 4.0/AW4 LP30/8.25 (166k) miles but a newly rebuilt motor.

I'll add some more info as far as parts and what's been done. Plan for the sport is 4 inch lift. Some armor. 32s rubicon rims. Etc

Those look pretty nice. Any way you could do a simple breakdown of the parts? Looking at the photos looks like you got new wheels and tires on the first 2 jeeps so guessing you got a good deal. Many people will spend $700+ on new wheels and tires alone.

Flipping jeeps does sound like fun but I don't have any where need enough time to do it.

Wheels and tires on first jeep I just bought never used spares for $60 each till I had 4. I paid $80 for the rims.

The second jeep I bought 5 brand new wheels and tires for $200. The good deals you gotta jump on but some times you can look at how long something has been for sale for and low ball people and they just go for it because they have been sitting on them forever.

I'll have more time tonight and post up a list of my basic combo. To go from stock to either of these builds is around $880 dolllars. That's wheels, tires, lift, etc. The lift rides so nice, much better than stock. All this adds up to a more modern looking Cherokee with some good curb appeal.

what lifts are ya using?

They all have plates on them. Do you register them in your name before you resale them?

Yes I always try to register my vehicles right away. Most people are pretty cool about putting a lower amount on title to save you a few bucks.

I buy all the lifts parts individually. The first jeep used 3 inch superlift coils in the front and rear leaf from my Old Man EMU leaf pack from my red jeep with a 2 inch lift shackle. I use JK wrangler take off shocks that are next to new for a really nice ride. Shocks are typically $45 shipped to your door on ebay.

These are built more as comfortable daily drivers than wheelerst. So I'm not doing track bar or lower control arms. Nice thing is sticking to under 4inch lift I'm not having to spend extra on SYE or having to deal with vibes.

The tan jeep already had a 3.5 Rubicon Express lift on it when I bought it so I didn't have to lift it.

At 4 inches of lift you typically will get some vibes so I use 4° axle shims to point the pinion back down from lifting with shackles. Steel shims through Amazon are $20.

Lift shackles on ebay are about and $45 shipped
I use a full length add a leaf in the back as long as the stock leaf is not shot. If it's shot then I use a local spring company to have a new main leaf built. The add a leaf kit I use is $55 shipped to my door and comes with a new Center pin and leaf spring clamps.

Front 3 or 4 inch lift coils from super lift are around $80 through summit racing.

Rims I pick up are $80 on the low end for the 5 spoke rubicon Moabs. And around $200-220 for the newer style rubicon rims.

The tires I would buy the spares one at a time. Now I have a small tire shop that calls me when they get them in. Also a large local dealership that lifts all there trucks and jeeps and they sell me there rubicon take off tires for $50 +tax.

I only buy tires that are 80% or more tread.

-All builds start off with getting the flares and bumpers painted and looking new.

-then I buff the paint while all that stuff is off.

- then I trim the lower front fender by the door and the rear wheel well opening towards the bottom. All of the trimming I do you won't see when the flares are back on but is nessasary to fit a 32" tires on with 3-4" lift

- then I trim the front bumper caps and paint them. The rear bumper caps require only minor trimming

- next would be full interior detail or replaces any obviously worn or broken peices and fix the window lock switch. Also remove a few things underwhelming hood to do a deep clean and detail.

-When I start doing the lift and have everything removed I undercoat the wheel wells and the underside if the jeep without over spraying too much stuff that may need to come off in the for the future owner.

-Relocate the front hard brake lines and replaces the rear line with a longer line. I'll have to lookup the part # on rear line but they are just under $20 )

I think having the larger jeep rims and the either tinted or clear lenses with a moderate lift give the cherokee such a clean and updated look.

I'll get some photos up tomorrow of the new white jeep as to my process.
