Im not sure if you looked into it or not but when you swapped clusters, did you swap over warning light panel and make sure the bulbs were in the right spots? When I swapped my cluster, I over looked swapping the warning light panel, luckly the only change I remember was that the 4wd light was different, since the cluster I bought came out of a Jeep with the full time 4wd t-case and mine was part time 4wd. The 4wd light isn't that big of a deal but I am not sure if any of the other lights change name or postion or not.
Also, it looks like your old cluster had the black surround but the new one is grey. The surrounds are interchangeable if you want to go back to the black one.

the lights seem to be in the right places
I like the gray surround the other one I had a choice had the black one there are tons of them around

paint pain
I got it running again, put the dash in, its looking good body and interior wise.
but the wheels need paint ...Does anybody know the paint that matches the wheels ???? color and brand

well I dove in
I painted the wheels
the color I chose is a touch lighter but it looks good
I got 2 good roller tires on rims so I can do 2 at a time
back ones done, front ones tomorrow
If I remember pix then too

Wheels are looking good! I have the same ones and need to repaint them. My wife's grandfather, who gave us our jeep, used white paint and they look horrible. Did you paint the plastic center cap as well? Mine are fairly faded and missing the Jeep decal/sticker on two of the wheels.
