Finished up the drivers side today. Pain. In. The. ***. no room to cut or grind the box because of the fuel hose on one side and the leaf spring getting in the way on the other. Finally got it all mocked up and had to trim a decent chunk off the top plate for the hatch floor because it sat on top of the fuel hose wall. Got the shackle put together and greased, but not mounted yet.
Underneath the fuel hose is the bad rust I need to cut out and get new metal in.
Scratched the paint
also took the rear bumper off to get repainted, I rushed it the first time and it hasn't held up as good as the front bumper.

Jeep's on all 4s and tightened down! Little hard for me to tell if it's lifted alittle more, but the squat is gone. Also repainted my rear bumper.
Pretty sure if I move back a hole I can get alittle more lift
Yes that's the driveshaft on the ground. I may or may not have tried to test drive without it.
Rushed painting in winter when I got the bumper and left the inside just primered and it started to rust. Sanded it down and layed a few coats of Krylon* rust enamel

Nabbed this trail spare off of a nice '74 Bronco that came in. Just need to find a place to mount it because not even my own work will let me do it because it's 17 years old lol.

Drilled out my flex joint and the bushing sleeve in the trackbar to 5/8 for a bigger bolt so hopefully bandaid the wobbles, but it had no effect. I might have to drill out the axle side to 3/4 because there's still a tiny bit of play and no one makes an 11/16 bolt.

Replaced the stock steering box spacer with the JCR one. Didn't help the wobbles.

-Trackbar is tight.
-drag link is tight.
-TREs are decent and tight.
-Ball joints are new
-Steering box leaks and is sloppy in the steering wheel
- Unit bearings are good
-Tires are out of balance, but this was going on when I still had the 32s
-Never ran a stabilizer with the 1 ton steering and it was fine in the beginning.

Anyone else have input? I have the stock UCA still and the 3.5" RE super ride LCAs. The bushings in the LCAs are good. Could it be the UCAs? I'm going 3 link so I really don't want to spend $200 on a set of control arms, but I'll do what I have to to get it road worthy again.

Could be, mine get death wobble when I hit a big bump/hole in the road but it's due to the axle end bushings are shot of me messing them up...

I'll give it a shot. Looking into some decent, yet affordable uppers right now. Literally going through and replacing 1 thing after another until it's fixed.

Your toe adrusment could be out. That will cause death wobble.

So I had a wobble that would turn into DW if I stayed at that speed or if I was in a long turn.

I replaced a bunch of stuff as well. What finally fixed it was getting an alignment. I had been doing a driveway alignment with 1/8th inch toe in.

So after getting the alignment, no more vibes and drives great!

Mine is more of driving fine until I hit a bump going from 30-50mph, then i have to pull over or slam on the brakes because it gets so bad. Over 50 on the highway it doesn't wobble at all from bump, probably because at that speed everything is absorbed or something magic.
