Born to mud
I have always played in the mud (like most guys) and when I turned 16 I wanted something big to go mudding in. At 19 years old I finally was able to afford my grand cherokee. It is lifted 4 inches and sits on tiny 31 inch tires. Before I go playing in the mud I am looking for simple and cheap mods to sorta idiot proof it from getting water logged because this is my daily driver also. Help?

Opinions? My drawing isn't the best.

You can move your air intake or atleast re-route it a little bit higher...maybe spray some wd-40 or similar light coating inside your under body so it doesn't rust :dunno:
Winch and rescue points |
it has the 5.2 in it so there isn't much room to do anything with the intake under the hood

If you want to go in mud..why not have some mud tires. Those look like all terrains at best

I am working on that. I also drive 70 miles a day and so all terains were kind of a compromise. I have another set of rims that I am trying to find more mud capable tires that I can put on when I wanna play.
