Thanks. The manufacture hasn't given me shipping info for the tank armor. Except for that Stage 1 should be complete tomorrow afternoon.
My buddy came over yesterday to help with the front. I did the rear by myself but the front was a lot more work. What I have left today:
- Track bar
- Steering adjustment
- Shocks
- Sway bar disconnects
- Trim fenders

Front fenders are cut. Again I had to overcome the feeling of destroying a perfectly good auto before I could start. The marks are just duct tape residue. And the "Pioneer" fell off from all the vibration. I'll have to glue that back.

Had about 1 1/2" toe-in after the lift. Adjust that, the track bar, centered the steering wheel, adjusted the swaybar links, and as a bonus, replaced the rear window wiper. Drives much better now.

Torx tool from Sears. The upper arm mount on the axle use the same tool.
Was working on brake stuff today on my MDX and this rolled by. Who would have known my dad's neighbor had this in his garage. I thought it was a Jeep but apparently not. M151 Mutt.

Bought a matching size BFG All Terrain yesterday for real cheap. 30-40% tread left and looks good. It has an aluminum wheel which I'll take to the recycle center. Problem is: It's 10 years old and no tire shop will mount it. They said it's unsafe. I tried a few and then one finally told me it's a California law. What a load of BS. I'm sure the law was driven by tire manufactures.
Not to worry. I've been watching videos today. One guy did it with dish soap, a small screw driver and only using one hand because he was holding the camera. Pretty sure I can handle it. Challenge accepted.

Thanks for the info. I haven't tired the Big O yet. I'll go by after work. If they refuse I'm taking it home and doing it myself if it kills me.

NV242 and was messing with it. Nothing other than normal use. Now the lights don't come on sometimes, come on when they shouldn't, and even the wrong lights come on. I don't have vacuum disconnects on the front axle. From messing with it and making sharp turns to determine if it's in 4wd or not I'm pretty sure it's working correctly and in the position marked next to the lever. The lights are on crack though.
