Had to strengthen my grounds. Used a steel wire brush to scrap the paint around the contact, then used copper washers to flush the ground wire to the chassis - fixed my issues.

Put a bolt through the back with some washers to fill the square hole left there when it busted. Who says those little ignition wrenches Craftsman puts in their wrench sets to up the count are useless? LOL. |

Upgraded my spark plug wires to Taylor 8.2mm, adjusted my grounds to work around the hood latch, and removed my cigarette lighter to prep for a USB mod. |

The XJ got a wash, Meguiar's polish, and Mother's wax today.

With this build I've decided if something breaks I'll upgrade, until then I want to keep it clean with decent fuel economy.
It is almost time to replace my brake pads, might go to Power Stop Z36's for my front disc brakes. |
Looking good👍

Rocking the same pads and powerstop rotors on my '15 tundra, they work great, let me know how you like them on the XJ as I'll have to upgrade mine soonish
