AW-4 manual shifter

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 360
AW-4 manual shifter
I am putting a 360 in my 93 XJ and i am also keeping my AW-4, but since the 360 doesn't allow the tcu on the AW-4 to hook up i am going to use the RADesigns Baja II manual shifter. Anyone have one? Pro's and Con's of it? Any other sugestions?

He has the rail shifter, i am wondering about the baja II shifter.
