Default Adding on to a lift

I've got an 88 cherokee and I don't have it lifted yet. I'm thinking of starting with a 3inch rough country lift. But eventually I want To go a little higher than that. So my question is would I be able to take some budget boosts and add on to my lift with those or would I have to buy a whole new kit?

If your doing a small lift for looks I'd do a budget booster spacer one. If not sure buy a kit if you need it asap for bigger tires. It's always cheaper to piece together a lift slowly.get your parts list an buy when you see a deal most time you end up saving 500 dollars or so depending on brand an lift.

Short answer yes.

Long answer you will proly run into some problems once you add to the lift. Every jeep is different and some have more problems at that height than others. Mine had a 3 inch Rancho lift. I done a 2 inch spacer and 2.6inch shackle add to it. I do not need the SYE yet but did need adjustable track bar/ Pitman Drop and it wore my stock LCA's out very fast. Mine is not a DD either. I would not do that to a DD. I would put a full suspension lift on a DD just for the piece of mind IMO.
