What did you use to make your cold air intake heat shield?

great looking jeep man.. also had the same question as the other guy what did you make the heat shield out of..

I work for a Car Wash Equipment manufacturer and we deal in all kinds of materials. I had some 3/16" thick abs plastic sheet and I cut it to fit and bent it using a heat gun and a molding table we have. It fits in real nice with the fender and wheel well so it makes a nice seal. Then I topped it off with plastic edging we use to give it a seal against the hood.
