So I put an older tcase on I had laying around And sure enough that ones cracked already in the same spot but worse? Wtf?

Took it on the highway today to get it inspected everything went well although there are some rotational noises ill be checking bearings and what not

I thought everyone should know this project is funded flipping eggs full time and working on a farm. Thought that might be a boost for guys out there thinking it takes a high budget.

So I had to cut down the input shaft on the older tcase . Apparently they made different lengths and splines over the years

After doing a bunch of road driving I had to tighten up the wheel bearing and kingpin

Shake down run went great at my local spot called " ma bel" . Had a blast but towards the top I got on a ledge and apparently I had less spline than I thought and it killed the yoke

Now as I said earlier I had to put an older style t case in wich means its NOT sealed so I had to tape it up with some plastic so I could drive home in front wheel drive

Me and the Toyota friends are going to rausch creek PA this week . Test fitted the trucks on the hauler the other day
