Bent my tie rod 10 degrees on both sides to clear the diff and with thoughts of a future hydro assist

Trac bar had to go a few inches toward and I wanted a poly on booth ends so I whipped this out of an extra piece of 4x4 I had . I used one of the stock top bolts and welded the rest hope its strong enough. If not ill be doin some plating but that's okay!

Finished all the tack welding and pulled it out! Looks good just gotta burn in brackets and get brakes

Good deal, I use em for garage boots once they wear out too much to use in uniform. Where are your brothers stationed?

The tabs I welded to the diff housing for the upper control arm keep breaking off. My friend tells me I gotta heat it first so it bonds better . Ill be tryin that today

So my friend had some rocks set up at his place and was having a little wheeli. Party there so I brought it for a test run

So I "skimped " on a few things befor the test run
Stock diff covers
Stock jeep shafts
Trac bar no where near same length or angle of drag link
And no skid plates

Sure enough got death wobble and bump steer
Broke the front shaft
Slammed my t awe and cracked it
And smoothed my front diff cover

So post test run parts
Alloy USA diff cover
A shock
Another ujoint and shaft
And a tcase
Skid plate comming soon
