My guess is even though you have a base model cherokee with no rear speakers, it probably has the same wiring harness as any other cherokee.. That would explain why you see the wires for the rear speakers, but no rear speakers.

Do you think that the wiring is run all the way back?

The garage door was trying to tell you that the spoiler is ugly and needed to come off.

It had a point.

I kinda liked it, actually. Either way a new replacement is like a hundred bucks, so it's probably staying off unless I can find one at a junkyard or something.

Problem is without the spoiler bit I just have two plastic black pieces sticking out of the top of my hatch, I can't take them off because it would leave holes in the hatch. I'll take pics later, I'm stuck at work right now.

find some plugs to put in the holes(home depot, lowes ) spoiler is pretty ugly

take the rear trim off the hatch up top pull the headliner down a little to see if the wires are there but without the sound bar it really dosent matter anyways, just run some new ones

Thinking about using the brackets to attach my CB antenna and extra reverse light and just forget about the spoiler haha.

I think that spoiler was to keep dust and debris off the back window

Picked up an old roll bar for free. Not sure what I can use it for, but can't beat free.

Now I can build a rack to go on it and a detachable light bar
