I banged my passenger front fender knocking off the trim piece and pushing the sheet metal back

Looks to me like someone used galvanized steel to make that brace. If you use galvanized you have to grind all that coating off or that's what happens. Also if you don't and breath to much of those fumes in you can get zinc poisoning. Not fun. Just thought you should know Nice build by the way.

I've had bad thing after bad thing. Leaks, loose and stripped bolts on the short arms, more leaks, unbalanced tires.
All that on top of crappy gas mileage from stock gearing on 33s. that will change next weekend though!

Dual XPA2100 series 300 watt amp
Not particularly stoked on this. I may upgrade but not sure about money right now.

Sweet sub man. How does it sound? Did you mention you are re-gearing soon? Who are you going to have set up the gears? I need to find a good place to get my rear axle bearings replaced.
More importantly though, if you are up for wheeling on sunday I would probably be down or even saturday afternoon once I finish some training. My buddy with the 2 door Tahoe mentioned he wanted to go wheeling this weekend. Let me know!
