Default 97 XJ 3 inch lift

hey everyone im new here at the forums. I have a question. I just bought some new tires, 235/75/r15 and I am wondering if these tires would look small with a 3 inch lift. I am trying to decide between a 2 and a 3 inch. I would prefer the 3 but if it will look silly with the tires I may just stick to a 2 inch. Thanks. I couldnt find any pictures or anything to see what it may look like.

Ok thanks. I was leaning towards the 3 just because it seems like a much better kit.

Default 2" lift

i would just stick with the two inch spacer lift..its cheaper and fits what your doing..the only problem is when your putting the spacer in between the coil and the stock mounting..its a bit hard to do by yourself bc you have to compress the spring a bit..thats what i have on my jeep if you wanna see how it looks

Default Stock shocks

Would the stock shocks be ok with a 2" lift? I just bought new rear shocks a month ago. Sorry I am still new with lifting lol.

I have about 3 inch in the back and 2 in the front...with stock shocks...I do not go offroading...but will that be an issue..they seem to be fine and the sway bars front and rear are still on there...I used a 70 mustang leafs and stock worn leafs and made a sandwich....

i just put the rough country 3" lift on my cherokee, it was the add a leaf cost $320 after taxes and everything. im waiting til my tires get worn out also. can you let me know if you do a 3" lift with the 235 to see what it looks like. right now mine has the 215/75/15 tires and looks a little small. want to go a little bigger something around 28-29" size with possible 30x9.5

here is the link for the lift

You could destroy your shocks pretty quick.

You can take off your rear sway bar by the way.
