96 XJ Rebuild
I have had this Cherokee for about two years now. I had been working 60+ hours per week and had NO time to take care of it let alone start fixing it up. I recieved the Jeep from my father for free because he didn't want to try and sell it and it has treated him well. It currently has 187,000 miles, and has been in an accident or two. I am just gonna fix up the detrimental rust issues and get the suspension straightened around. Maybe an engine rebuild if I am feeling ambitious. It will eventually be retiring to a life of snowplowing a few driveways in the winter and a few woods rides in the summer. It is currently my daily driver, but I am looking for something a little newer at some point. Here are the before pics. I will be adding more as I go along but it is going to be slow going.
Here is the exterior, which isn't that horrible

I do have to mention that this rebuild will be as cheap as I can get away with, using mostly junkyard sheetmetal and maybe a few store bought parts.
