So this is my Ď96 XJ. I picked it up in November 2018 with 256 thousand miles on my it. It has been a bit neglected and has the typical Ďteenagerí modifications (Air filter, stereo, fog lights), all of witch needed to be corrected.

Iím really not sure where Iím going with this yet. It is my DD even though it requires a bunch of maintennace. My goal right now is to get everything repaired and working correctly.

This is what Iíve accomplished so far;

1. Replaced from hubs
2. Replaced broken dash bezel
3. Replaced damaged transfer case
4. Replaced missing stereo mount
5. Replaced grill
6. Replaced from turn signal lenses
7. Replaced driver side mirror
8. Replaced starter
9. Replaced rear hatch struts
10. Replaced tires
11. Removed broken fog lights and associated wiring
12. Repaired/replaced battery cables
13. Replaced faulty temp sensor (Mopar parts rule!)
14. Replaced missing armrests
15. Performed basic tune up (cap, rotor, plugs, wires)
16. Replaced front seal
17. Changed from/rear gear oil - lubed
18. Corrected various wiring issues
19. Corrected driver side passenger door lock

Theres more, Iím sure, but this will have to do for now. Next up on the list will be a new rear hatch, new front windshield and Iíve got to address an engine noise. Will probably be replacing the timing chain/gear set soon. The engine just turned 260 grand.

Here are some unremarkable pics.

Rear hatch damage.

In the beginning.
