94 xj build (no name yet)
Well i figured i would throw my jeep build on here for some ideas. Its a 94 2 dr xj. It has the 4.0 backed with a ax-15 and 231j. Dana 30 and 35. Looking for a few ideas. Already have my lift and tires picked out RC 6.5 long arm with kumho 33x12.5x15's on Cragar Black D Window Wheels. Looking for any other ideas ya'll want to throw out for paint schemes, interior, and exterior mods. I'm leaning toward a zombie theme because i've alays loved the looks of a few trucks in my area that have the same scheme. I'll post up pics of it as is when i get off of work tonight.

Well put pics in my album, first thing i plan on doing is fixing the giant hole i have in my passenger side floor pan (spans from the foot area all the way back to the front brace of the rear seat and a hole under the rear seat) then rebuilding the transmission. then a lot more interior work, lift, ect. And finally a rattle can paint job after i strip all the old rattle can camo off. I'm thinking either od green, dark earth brown, or a desert tan like on some of our humvee's on base. WARNING.... this will be a slow build due to issues i have no control over. Also any idea's anyone has for me to try is more than welcome... always looking for different things add in to the mix

well got my floor pan ordered, should be here tuesday. Did some upkeep on the xj this weekend, oil, filter, plugs, ect. seafoamed the motor and it turns out i have a few exhaust leaks that i was unaware of. Also noticed the temp took for ever to get to operating temperature so got a new fail safe tstat installed. And cleaned up the throttle body.

Slow progress. I have the floor pans almost completely back in but a quick question, the piece of metal that separates the little cargo storage area under the back seat from the front pans.... Is it a structural part of anything? i ask because i had to cut it out due to rust that spread to it and i can't find anything that references anything about that little piece. nor where to buy a new one or how to fab up a new piece.
