Ok the bolts I used are a 1/4 in and 1in long and I used washers between the nut and inside of the fender flare. Thanks for the advice about the door hinges I will ask a couple of the othere guys in my area what they did after removing the plastic

Yeah just pick up some pool noodles from walley world next time ur there and cut them in half and stuff them in front of the door hinges inside the fenders!

I disconected my front swaybar on saturday so I can get more flex offroad and took my jeep out wheeling on sunday and bent up my fenders and riped my front flares off with the tires

Yeah you hacked it up pretty good that's for sure.

Now you need to find a way to cover it up a little and you will be fine. Good flares might do it, even if they are home made.

Be careful with the rears they are not so forgiving.
