Hey guys! long time no update haha. Well I havent really done much to the old Cherokee besides a new front bumper and some turn signals. Just really been kind of driving it for now, its too cold to do anything to it! But I am getting new 31"s in a few days so hurrah.
Old crappy bumper.

gone

But of course this stupid thing had to explode..

So off to chrysler to get a new one!... needless to say i was not happy to buy it..

So I finally got the bumper on and changed the steering box in the process since mine was shot.

Old

New

Then later that night I went hunting for priuses to scare but none could be found :C

Then my rad decided to blow so I put in a shiney new one.
Mabey this was why it was taking so long for my jeep to warm up?

Then all was good...

Stuck >.<

Handy dandy high lift to the rescue!

Then... this.

Stupid fuel pump gave out so while I'm waiting for my new one my jeep just sits in the driveway. :C

Thanks! I just wish my paint was as nice as yours lol. The 20 years of being in the forest took its toll on it and faded it pretty bad :C doesn't help that the front clip was replaced and then painted with cheap spray bombs x.x

Welp been a while since i posted! jeep got a new fuel pump and is-.... er was running fine, until today. I stalled it pulling off from a stop-sign, so i was like "oh no biggie." went to crank it over again and nothing. Still had all my power, radio was on, wipers were on [it was raining] So then i said "oh battery cable must be loose." so i got my adjustable wrench from my tool bag and went and tightened both cables, then got in and tryed again and nothing. So I waited for a bit for my friend to show up to tow me home and just out of boredom I tryed again and low and behold it cranked very very slowly but just enough to make it fire, so I drove it home and shut it off then tryed to start it again and nothing. So i got in my car and went to work then came home to try again and still nothing. So any ideas on what it could be? battery is fully charged and I tryed jumping the starter solenoid but still nothing. bleh. any ways random pictures since my last post!

Whoa long time no update! I've been busy with work and such, but i finally got around to doing some more work to the XJ.
I finally got a roof rack for it and some A-pillar lights

Which promptly got ripped off by trees, so I'll have to re-install them. and the roof rack lights were held on with exhaust strapping from the guy i bought it off of, so I'll have to remount them to.

Then this happened.

And after that i got disgusted with it for about 3 months. lol.
So I decided to pull it out of the weeds and fix everything.
I put on a New belt, idler pully, deleted the heater control valve since it broke,

I also picked up a warn M8000 winch for it along the way

then decided to paint it!

I also picked up some new tires for it while I was painting it.
Techno Xcavator 31 x 10.50s, but the lugs are so huge their about a 32.5
And they dig REALLY good!

And theeen i found this.

I guess all those leaking window seals didnt help over the years. Oh well time to get out the welder!
