Hello everyone, I picked up a 1992 Cherokee Laredo with 240k on it (still going strong) recently and am looking for some suggestions/recommendations for upgrades and enhancements. Right now it's almost completly stock, with the exception of the battery cables (2/0 gague set from jeepersandcreepers.com) and of course the stereo (which had been stolen when I got it, the vehicle was a theft recovery and all they took was the stereo).

I'm not planning on a whole lot of off roading in all honesty, although I am planning on adding/upgrading the underside armor because I do expect to do SOME off roading (my brother's got a '95 sport that's setup more for it and I'd like to follow him sometimes a little). It's primary purpose will be a daily driver, with dependability in mind.

Currently equipped with 4.0L, AW4 automatic, NP242 t-case, Dana30 in front, unsure what's in the rear, and stock size tires from cooper (Discoverer ATR's, primarily for road use with light off road in mind)

Suggestions and comments are appreciated, as I'm pretty new to Jeeps, although not to repairing vehicles (unfortunetally)
