92 laredo ( good, bad, ugly )
 

Im new the this forum & have never ownd a jeep before, but I have a friend who has a 92 laredo that he will sell to me for $200 bucks.
( just to get it out of his yard )
Im thinking that this would be a great way to get started on learning about jeeps, it runs but needs lots of work (body / inside )to get it to where I want it.

so the big question is was the 92 laredo a good make & year for a jeep cherokee before I start to sink money into mod / upgrades

i love my 92 as long as its not beyond rusted i say get it and have fun

X2 make sure the floors are still there just to make sure you don't end up with a nightmare.

That's funny, I got my '89 Laredo for $200 bucks! Best $200 bucks I ever spent. For the same reason too, the guy just wanted it gone. I got very lucky, I say buy it.

I say buy it! For $200, even if you find out it's just junk, you should be able to get at least that for scrap.
