Well I finally found a Comanche!!! Picked it up today. It's an 88 5speed 2wd/4wd (4wd conversion was started) has a blown head gasket 213xxx miles. Has great bones. Body is a 9/10 and interior is 8/10 has a new head sitting in the passenger seat, Dana 44 LSD laying in the bed. Has new motor mounts. I'm not sure what trans it has. (Hoping its not a peguot)

For now get a new motor (sat for 5 years with no head) and get it on the road. I had a list of things I want to do way before I bought one.

Like my xj the first thing I did was tear the interior apart to clean and see what I can fine.

I've been looking for one almost a year now and found this. Was originally not gonna get it but besides the motor it is it amazing condition! Just had to get it. Going to but the Dana 44 in the xj and put the Dana 35 out of it in the mj.b

I know I should but I'm not gonna go crazy on the mj. Just a mild lift to put 31s on and the 4wd conversion.
