so i got her taken apart put the new lock cylinder in and it turns but doesnt turn back far enough to let the key disengage and come out i tried everything i could. finally i just put it all back together and instead of taking the key out i just take out the whole cylinder any ideas on what could be causing it to not turn back all the way??
