$300 Steal
 

So about 3 years ago, I got my 1999 XJ for $300. Steal right? Well There was a considerable amount of rot. It needed a general tune up. Needed 2 u-joints. Steering stabilizer. 4 tires. Radiator. Electrical problems up the wazoo and its still has an annoying little evap leak. And oh so much more. But i fixed all of that. I put in a 3in Rough Country lift (snapped a stabilizer link doing that, fixed). It has a Cherry Bomb Pro exhaust with a 3in diameter tailpipe. Rustys airtube with K&N Intake filter. 31x10.5 tires on the way. Not bad for a dude who got his Jeep at age 15.

Congrats but it would have been a better story if the original owner paid YOU $300 to take it.

The first 2 where when i fixed the rot in the roof. The middle one is when i first got the jeep and the small one is the most recent. its before the lift tho. notice the met gray rims :)
