Default 2000 XJ w/ 4.5" RC Long Arm Kit

Finished installing the Rough Country 4.5" long arm kit a few weeks ago, but just finished my shackle re-location brackets. I used 3.5 x 3.5" square tubing (to closeout the factory shackle "box") and welded it in and also used some 3.0 x 3.0" to fab the shackle mounts. It worked out good and rides a lot better now!

i would maybe move the shackle one hole towards the front of the jeep to improve the angle.

It may not, but it should droop a good bit more, giving you more meats on the ground when one side it up in the air.

I am running 31x10.50's KM2's (came on the jeep when I bought it, as did the roof rack), but I am selling these to get some different ones. I'll get some more shots of it up on here soon!
I also did the HnT SYE with a shortened front XJ driveline. No vibes or...

Love the color!

Any chance you have pic of the front?
Like to see if 31x10.50 would be too skinny for a 4.5" lift.

Thx in advance

I had 33x10.50 KM2's on my old 4Runner and they were great on and off road. Anyway, I don't think 31's would look funny on a 4.5" lift, although a 32" might looks more at home

I'll get you a pic tomorrow. They do stick out about 1.25" in the front with the 15x8 soft 8's and about .75" in the rear.

Custom front bumper looks like you were able to your front bumper skin and end caps. I love the stock looks as I have a Detours coming in the mail soon which does about the same thing.
