today i trimmed my bumper endcaps...in the pic it shows the plastic splash guard, and a rough cut on the plastic but i trimmed the splash guard and sanded the endcap for a smoother finish...

Wow man that rack looks great (no pun intended) did you have any problems with how the stock crossbars were arched? and what size is the rack. The endcaps also look good and the tires as well from what i can see.

Pics and a write up can be found in my build thread of the fenders

i thought about the arced factory crossbars, but when the nut is tight around the bolt my surco sits flat...

ill get more pics of the tires, and my hack job with the endcaps

oh, and the rack is 50x40x5

yeah i like the 50x40 size...in the beginning i thought it was a little too small but now i think its perfect, some of the other surcos that cover most of the roof look kind of stupid IMHO...

Yeah i didnt think you would thats like a almost a month of gas lol or half a paycheck haha cool.

Im thinking after the lift and tires if i can clear the garage (which i think i can with around 2 inches to spare) I may get a surco and mount some KC's up there.

just some poser flex shots...both swaybars connected...

rear right tire is stuffed, and the rear left is about 5" or so off the ground...seems like the suspension is still a little stiff...

sorry about bad quality and darkness!...haha
