So after 5 years< i've finally got around to putting a little TLC into my XJ. After using Duplicolor's Truck Bed Liner Spray on my bumpers, trim, and lower doors; I'm ready for a just a little lift! I'm only planning on a 2" lift for right now by using MadXj's coil spacer method of fabricating some tubing, washers, and adding an extra coil isolator. For the read, I pulled off a set of S10 leaf springs to bastard their way in with my original packs.

To save myself some time, I want to ask (to those who have done it or know someone who have done it) how many leafs and what leafs did you use to get yourself approx, maybe a little more, than 2 inches?

Also, what's the best product to use between each leaf to reduce any noise/friction? Graphite? Grease?

Any words of wisdom for a small project like this? Anything I may run into? It will be done this weekend and will definitely post pics of the project!
