More questions...
Good looking 2-door!
Now...I know you ran in to some obstacles...so let me be the first to ask you some questions since my 2-door is sitting in the basement waiting to be put back together "when & if" I can find all the parts!
1. I'm assuming no AC on this XJ? I'm having an impossible time finding a quality replacement evap. core or anything associated with my pre-98 XJ. If it did have AC and you went to all this trouble, I'm hoping you might pass on some info. related to the AC restore.
2. Dash pad... I see you used the original dash and associated parts. I can't find a replacement dash pad anywhere!!! Why didn't you replace the dash with the newer model dash and radio? Would that be too involved for this build? I'm also assuming your dash wasn't cracked?
3. What paint product did you use to paint your trim with? Why didn't you paint the dash as well? Just curious.
4. Which model # sunroof did you use? I've searched the site, but can't find the cloth model you used. Has it seen rain yet? Does it leak?
5. Where did you find 2-door replacement hardware....window guides and gaskets, door gaskets, black interior door handles, etc.
Great job on the build, and as everyone else has stated...thanks for posting updates for us to follow. If you have time to share any info related to my questions I would be grateful. Mine looks like yours in the early pics...ready for floorboard repair before line-X goes on...so I've got a long way to go!

Hey guys, sorry for any delayed repsonses. I am not working on any of these projects with this company any longer. If you have any questions about this rig or the products, I would contact the MFG's directly.
Thanks!
Thanks!
