2.5l TDI swap rad issue
19 Attachment(s)
Hi , i just replaced the head gasket cause the jeep was overheating , it did not had any oil and coolant mix or loosing coolant , but when i made long trips on daylight it use to overheat in the night there where no problems , so decided to replace the head gasket it was in really bad shape as you can see so cleaned up everything and then reasembled all back but now when i turn on the engine a huge pressure starts immediately building up on the radiator hose and the reservoir starts to bubbles the oddest thing is that the pressure never draws back i could spend 2 o more days without using the truck and the hoses still stiff and if i take the radiator cap off it blows coolant as it was hot , really dont know what could be as i changed the gasket ,machined the head valve , replaced the valves seals , and recalibrated everything as the manual said ...
